    Hi - feel free to add me. Am checking in daily at present, as I need to shift a few pounds before my son gets married on 29 July :)

    I initially lost 65lbs, hitting target in Sept 2010, but have since found it difficult to stay around goal, so after being on the way back up, I'm finally taking small steps on the way back down.

    I'm aiming for 10lbs til the wedding, and hope to continue as long as I need to afterwards.

    I live in the UK.

    54 year old, on here daily.

    In maintenance, not currently counting as holiday shortly but will almost certainly be when back.

    I have a good bunch of friends and we laugh a lot as well as getting the serious job done...LOL

    Anyone can add if they want.
