Hi I just stumbled upon intermittent fasting and am on day 2. Im just wanting to see some big yet healthy meal ideas. My current cal goal is 1900 but im leaning more towards eating when im hungry and not eating when not hungry. I love my veggies lean meats etc yet I also enjoy diet coke processed sweets and salty snacks as well. If I eat roughly 400 cals of junk a day with everything else being whole foods would I essentially be killing my weight loss or more importantly health and longevity?

    I do IF so feel free to creep my diary. Eating 400 of your calories as junk is about 20% of your total diet. Providing the other 80% is micronutrient rich whole foods neither your health nor your results should suffer.
