One time or consistently? Are you going by MFP default? If so, I wouldn't worry about it

The MFP protein calculator is rather low IMO. For weight loss most people should eat about 1.5 times their body weight (in kilos) in grams of protein. So I shoot for about 150g of protein a day.

Are you sure you went over? Did you have wholesome helper AND ground turkey, or did you use the turkey to prepare the helper?

You can go to MY HOME, then goal to GOALS to adjust your protein requirements. The pre-set protein on mfp is very low.
  • I just read in World's Healthiest Foods that when people are sick or protein deficient that they are told to eat 100 grams or more of protein per day. This site is cool that it tracks protein and all that though! I can't wait to get into it more.
  • I think their protein is too low. I try get 40-50% of my cals from protein, 30% from carbs and 10-20% from fats.... that's just what works for me though....
