Since drinking my green smoothies and making some lifestyle changes I realized something tonight...Im CRAVING greens! I was drooling over a salad so bad tonight I gave in and bought it. Normally I'm like that over chocolate, not salads. Also, I went crazy until I was able to buy more spinach!

Better to gave a "green" tooth then a sweet one hehe

    I love it when that happens! I find that the healthier I eat the less I want sweets or junk food. And I've also had some truly amazing salads. I really enjoy eating salads, they make me feel healthy and clean, not like after I eat a cheeseburger. And I'm the same way with water. When I'm drinking water all the time I don't want soda or anything else.

    I think our bodies just need a little retraining to crave healthy stuff.
