Hello lovely people!

So...battled with my weight all my life. Highest weight was 32 stone... Lost 12 stone. Put on a stone lately. Stalled for about 3 years. Dieting is sooooo dull and when you start with 18 stone to lose it is really disheartening. Now I have much less but the impetus has been lacking because life is not as hard as it used to be. I really want to shift that last 5-6 stone and finish the job. Could use some support - no whacky diets please. I really need something sustainable. I won't be restricting to juices, cavemen diet, cutting out major food groups, only eating sawdust, starving half the week, drinking foul soup. Good luck to you if these things work for you but I can't keep them up forever and I only end up getting resentful and rebounding. So...people who are going with the eat less calories than you consume through daily life would work best for me! I know it works when I use this app but I get bored and I stop... Then it goes wrong.

    I just count calories. I eat what I want, as long as it fits into my calorie goal. Super simple, no fads, etc. I do try to avoid anything fried, but that's really the only restriction I give myself. But that's just what works for ME. I know everyone has their own path for what works for them.
