Best Weight Lifting App for iPhone??

    Hi! i've got the iPhone 4s and use it together with a Polar H7 heart rate monitor. They connect with Bluetooth. While many people argue the use of a HRM for counting calories, the app that goes with mine has been great for tracking progress and intensity of various workouts. The settings can be adjusted for different sports, and I have actually successfully used it for swimming (chest band tucked tightly under the sports bra top to prevent slipping, phone next to the pool, GPS enabled, tracked the distance almost to a yard...). Other apps like MFP and Daily Burn Tracker work well, too.
