20 day challenge of clean diet and workout

Hi everyone,

I am in the middle of trying to get
Into a routine, and would love if I could
Get some few MFP members to join for support
Would be nice to see the result in that short period of time


Not to mention I got myself a juicer so I juice every now and then.

20 Day challenge info:

Starts tomorrow 7/06/14
Rules: pretty straight forward ditch all the sugary
Food and drinks and try to eat as healthy as possible
And exercise 1 hour a day.

Also make sure you log your exercises on this topic so that we can motivate each other. Not to mention I will weigh myself everyday should be fun to see.

    Hi everyone, since I said I will be honest I will be honest with my schedule and list my consumption.
    Also know that everyone can be a bit naive and sometime over estimate their will power.

    So Yesterday's log 07/06/2014
    started off great:

    Treadmill: 20min
    Rowing:1000m, 5min
    Elliptic machine 10min


    Consumption:

    Breakfast: French toast

    Lunch: light past with chicken and salad,

    Dinner had some 1.5 pizza slice with some chips yes I know bad but to be honest it looked too good to say no lol
    And drank that down with some Ribena.




    Sunday:

    Breakfast:

    Starbucks Hotchocolate with whipped cream and a slice of carrot cake
    Lunch tuna pasta with Ribena drink.


    Also in terms of exercise cleaned the house from top to bottom so not sure about the calories but it took longer than an hour :D!!


    Also I weighed my self :

    07/06/14 I weighed: 64.4 kg
    08/06/14 weighed: 64.6kg


    Lastly I know i've been very naughty but at least I am opening up to it and tomorrow is a new day.

    So watch tomorrow I am going to hit the gym and I will show you that I will better and become better the goal is to be within the 50's kg !!!!
