Good Morning Everyone!

I am new to "my fitness pal" and still trying to figure the site out. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes two years ago, made radical changes to my diet, lost a significant amount of weight, felt great, but got tired of the restrictions. I have gained 20 since December and do not wish to continue adding weight. After an inspiring appointment with my Nurse Practitioner I am here to restore my body to a healthier state.
