Hello!

Returning after 15 months away from MFP.
Recently joined a fitness competition at my gym, hoping to seriously shred some
pounds by mid-july.
Also doing a modified "Daniel Diet" for life- which includes eggs, chicken, turkey, and a couple
other odds and ends- but I am eating CLEAN. Been on it two weeks, and wondering why
I ever stopped? MMM!

In returning to MFP to track my exercise and calories, Im finding most of my friends
are not on here anymore, or they are inactive on the site.

If you are positive, encouraging, and enjoy the same- add me so I have some peeps
to interact with on here! Knowing someone is watching my effort, definitely helps!
