99% of the time, I wake up around 4 to get my workout in before my daughter wakes up. Having a 1 year old running around the room next to you while you workout is distracting, haha.

Today though the alarm went off and I just could not get up! No matter how much I wanted to. So I decided screw it, I'm going to sleep in today. Well, that I did and I am so happy about it. I'll be working out with her running around her playroom, BUT it was still worth the extra sleep. lol

Yep!! I don't feel guilty. LOL

Besides, I usually have more energy at this time instead of 4:30!

Yup, I chose to sleep in yesterday morning. Went to the gym after work and did I ever belt out a workout! : ) It was hard getting up this morning... Almost talked myself out of it, but made it!! And am very happy I did! People at the gym were wondering where I was yesterday morning - that was kinda weird!

Sleep is definitely important! I go to by 10 at most every night. Last night I actually went to bed at 8:30. LOL I am surprised I was sooo tired when the alarm went off.

I used to be able to workout during my daughters naps, but her naps are crazy. Never know how long she'll nap. Sometimes it's for only 30 mins and sometimes it can be 2 hours so I definitely don't want to workout and her wake up super early. So I had decided to just do it before she's up.
