Seventy and sedentary

Hi, I'm finally serious about losing the weight and getting fit! I've walked six days in a row and logged my food for those days, too. After being totally sedentary for several years, I surprised myself when I walked 3/4 mile the first day! Even carrying 70 extra pounds. I'm a retired accountant and I packed on the pounds during my desk bound days. Looking for friendly people ;o):happy:
