    Early in the morning or late at night. Or in the afternoon. Any time really.

    BUT for gyms, early or late to avoid the crowds. Now, if I could only stop hitting the snooze button.....

    Personally, I like to get it out of the way first thing in the morning. Gym is a lot quieter then as well. I find having some amazing shower gel and moisturiser makes it feel like I'm having a little treat afterwards! It's the little things.

    I would say it depends on your schedule. I start work really early, so I do mine after work. Probably whenever you feel like you would have the most energy. :smile:
