rockin body

I just started rockin body this week, just finished day 5 and I was wondering who else has done it? What do you supplement in for weights and how did you like it? I really like the dance aspect as I am a dance teacher so its fun and makes me sweat a ton but Im not sure if I should supplement anything else in in order to lose and tone. Thoughts?
