So Frustrated

I have been using MFP and working out since January 24th, I lost 30 lbs. However, today (every Friday) I weighed myself and I gained 2.2 pounds in 2 weeks. I work out at the gym until sweat is pouring down my face and I am always within my calorie goal. So now it is 28 lbs lost and I am getting frustrated. Not sure if I am using my fit bit correctly or do I need to eat more fiber and stop eating by 7pm. I find that I am not eating enough during the day so I try cramming for more calories at the end of the night to get to at least the 1200 calorie mark. MFP calorie intake is set to 1450 and I work out at the gym 4-5 times a week doing cardio for an hour.
It just makes me mad with all the hard work I am putting in, especially for this week, I thought I would see a drop and the drop wasn't there.
Does anyone have ANY suggestions....even though I am frustrated I am not giving up.

its only 2 weeks, be patient as it could easily be water weight0

Small stalls happen due to water retention (caused by sodium, stress, hormones, TOM, exercise, cheat days, etc), which can mask any fat loss that's actually happening. If it's been less than 3 weeks then there may not be anything really wrong.
If you want to change things around, take this opportunity to really double-check the accuracy of your logging. That's what causes a lot of the stalls we see around here.
Are you logging everything you eat? Including any cheat days, condiments, cooking oils, veggies, etc?
Are you using a food scale, measuring cups, or eyeballing your portion sizes? Most people are off in their estimates by 20-40% when they eyeball portions. Measuring cups are better, but a food scale is always going to be the most accurate.

Make sure that you've calculated your calorie goals appropriately. Remember that these are just estimates. You may need to play around a little to find what works best for you.

If you're exercising and eating back your earned exercise calories, be sure you're using accurate estimates of your burn. MFP and gym machines have a tendency to overestimate certain activities, which can cause you to eat back more calories than you need to. Even a heart rate monitor isn't 100% accurate. If you're eating those extra earned calories it might be a good idea to eat only 50-75% of those.0
