How to carb cycle properly?

So to start off my weekly workout plan usually goes like this

Monday - Chest and Triceps + 30 min cardio session
Tuesday - Abs + Leg Day + 20 min H.I.I.T. Sprint workout
wednesday - Back and Biceps + 30 min cardio session
Thursday - Chest Triceps + 20 min H.I.I.T. Sprint workout
Friday - Back and Biceps + 30 min cardio session
Saturday - rest
Sunday(Refeed day) - rest

So I eat 1800 calories a day and make sure i get around 1g of protein per lb of body weight but on refeed days i get around 300g of carbs and 2400 calories and since i dont workout on refeed days and burn typically 2200 calories on those days, I am in a 200 calorie surplus on refeed days. From what ive been seeing from carb cycling im assuming this is how to do it.....
mon - low carb
tue - low carb
wed - high carb
thu - low carb
fri - low carb
sat - high carb
sun - med carb

Is this the proper way to do it? Also on high days how much carbs and calories do i eat because i dont want to essentially have 2 refeeds a week that might be over maintenance and i want to lose as much or even more fat than i am now since im barely touching 1lb loss per week

Why are you carb cycling? The only good reason is if you feel excessively tired on workout days and need the extra carbs in order to not pass out.

Otherwise just eat to a daily calorie goal, the results will be the same.

Unless of course you just prefer to eat higher on some days and lower on others, in which case do it however you want as long as the calories you eat in 7 days is the same.
