Hey all! I've tried many diets and none of them have worked for me. So I started calculating what I ate with some friends and then I came across this site. I am ready for a change. Growing up I was always the skinny one then when I got pregnant with my son I gained 75 pounds. I thought it would be easy to take the weight off and keep it off. Well that lasted 2 years, he's almost 7 now and I weigh more now than I did when I was pregnant with him. I didn't realize how much I would have to work at getting the weight off and keeping it off. My biggest problem is the caffeine I love me some Mountain Dew! I've cut back lots, but now I'm getting back into the bad habit of more than one a day, stress is a killer right now. Any help would be great!
