Rewards for loss?

So this is my second go round on MFP. The first time I lost 60 lbs. and spent the next 18 months putting it back on. First round...I thought it was silly to reward myself for when I meet weight loss milestones. I mean...isn't the end result the reward? Wasn't I doing this for me anyways?
This round I am thinking maybe rewarding myself isn't such a bad idea. My partner isn't exactly complimentary so I don't expect much encouragement at home. (I don't want to turn this into a discussion about my relationship though as I am quite happy.)
So my question is...do you reward yourself? If so, and you would like to share the milestones and the rewards I would be interested in hearing it. If you don't...how come?

If I hit my next milestone by my vacation next month (5lbs away), I will be buying myself some new outfits so I can show off my progress to my friend that I'm visiting with whom I haven't seen in a year. I'll be close enough to my goal weight that I can justify buying new clothes, haha.
Buying a new pair of jeans every big pant size drop seems like a good incentive.0 -

I have one rule: rewards cannot be food related
So It's sale time here, so I plan in buying some shirts and pants in July. I haven't bought any piece of cloth in more than a year, so I want the new ones to be a size below :happy:
You can also reward yourself with some shoes, vacation, "mani pedi" time... :drinker:0 -

I don't, but that's because I have never felt the need to. Losing the weight has been enough of a reward on its own.0

Had planned a detailed rewards scheme but surprisingly didn't bother following it. Just did some things to do with appearance such as buying (necessary) nice new clothes and getting a hair cut. I felt a million dollars as a smaller size and so every day was exciting enough just feeling fit and thinking that I looked great! I have put half my weight back on so perhaps I'll make a little reward scheme and try using it this time. Maybe it'll be more important now I'm losing a smaller amount as my appearance won't change so impressively. I am in the same size clothes too (but only just) so don't need to buy a whole new wardrobe this time!0

Buying new clothes (when I have dropped 2 clothing sizes) and I have a whiteboard with weight loss by kg so I can visually see my progress everyday0

If you find new clothes a reward then I found that I had to buy them regularly as I lost weight, particularly trousers for work.0

I promised myself a ludicrously expensive designer handbag when I hit 20 kg down. I actually bought it in the January sales when I hit 15 kg down because it was the same price per kg.0

I actually use a site called HabitRPG that helps with giving myself rewards. I get points for tracking my food correctly, being under my calorie limit and doing extra exercise (along with other non fitness/health things). You get "gold" for everything you do and once I have lots of gold I get a reward. My best reward is actually "2 hours off" where I have me time. I'm really busy so having time that I can say I've earned to do relaxing things is good. I also have "buy something you don't need" (normally a low value item like some cheap make up or art supplies) and "Maintenance Day" (I've yet to use this but the idea is that if I meet all my goals for an extended period then I can allow myself one day to 'overeat' to maintenance without feeling bad).0

Thank you, all! I guess in the past that I felt buying clothes as I lost weight was 'reward' enough. Which is exactly how I gained all this weight back...by taking care of everyone around me except me. Maybe it's time to put me first though. Appreciated hearing your thoughts on this matter :-)0
