When to start P90x?

Hi guys,

my current bf is around 30%...

i was wondering wen should one start P90x?

as i can do 10 push ups max.......

    start whenever you want.
    modifications can be made for EVERY exercise. You will not get the full benefit, but you still get some benefit.

    push-ups. Try the normal push-ups then you can do knee-push-ups OR take a break and go full body push-ups again. Keep pushing yourself to deliver more each time.

    Pull-Ups. Work on your negatives (eccentric). Get some bands for assistance. YOU CAN MODIFY.

    Persistence.
