Afraid to weigh myself...

Just started my diet last week, and been pretty good on eating what I should and what I shouldn't. I can see a change in my body but I'm afraid to step on that scale. I don't want to see a low number and get discouraged. Anyone else like me?

I am like that a lot! I see changes in my body. I am almost ALWAYS eating the amount I should be. I don't eat the healthiest foods but I am always eating at a deficit. Unless you don't have much to lose you should see the scale moving. Even if it's not a huge loss a loss is a loss. If you see your body changing then that should be even more encouraging then what the scale says. Keep up the great work!0
