body fat.

Hi all.

I'll start with some background info on myself so that it may be easier for you to give me some advice.

I'm 22 years old. 5 ft 2 inches. Weigh 8 St 7lbs . I have been lifting heavy for the past 7 months. And I also train brazilian jiu jitsu 1-2 times per week. And I do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times per week after lifting (stair master or cross traininr)

2 years ago I weighed my heaviest of 10 stone 6 lbs I lost 1 and a half stone over a year and a half doing slimming world and have recently lost another half a stone with my weight training.

I eat clean high protien low carb . But sometimes on weekends I tend to binge on junk ( im currently trying to stop this) as soon as I say I'm eating clean I start to stress whether I'm eating the right things or if im eating too much or not enough

What I'd like advice on is dropping body fat. I know that I am not large and I have come along way but lately I don't feel I am making any progress. I'd say I have quite a lot of fat around the hip area *muffin tops*. This is my main issue I'd like to tighten up and get rid of the wobbling podge and reduce my overall body fat percentage. I can post pictures if this would help.
