Hey There! I had used this a while back only via my phone, the website is great. I am trying to get back to my college weight before the holidays... I work crazy hours and just can't find the motivation or time to excersise. I am taking baby steps and starting with my eating habits. I lost about 25 pounds a few years back and am slowly getting back to my heaviest, which I would like to avoid at all costs, ha. I know what I need to do and how I need to eat I just can't keep myself on track! Any encouragment or suggestions are welcome!

  • Are you measuring out your food?

    Try to stay active in between meals even if that means focusing on work instead of eating.

  • No, that is one things I have never done. I just have such a fast paced, hectic, non routine schedule that I haven't been able to take the time to do that. I do cut most meals in half, to limit my portions.

    And yes staying active is a good point! I def. stress eat and much in between... too often.
