I'm Molly & I am relatively new to MFP! . I went from sleeping the days/nights away to biking, finding a new love for tennis, hiking, and being able to chase my two beautiful nieces around! MFP has helped me with portion control and really seeing how much is going into my body! Monday will be 7 weeks that I have started exercising and eating healthy... I have lost around 15 pounds! I feel great and this change is definitely worth it.
