sorry i know this has been asked before...
when doing programs like clx/ body beast you are lifting as heavy as you can for low reps...
when doing a program like les mills pump or body revolution you lift lighter weights with higher reps....
what is the difference you get with results " look wise"???
my main goal is to drop 2% body fat and maybe 5 lbs max. i have been reading about my body type " endomorph".. trying to figure out which method will get me those results. I want a bit toned/ little definition nothing drastic.

Are you expecting a different answer this time?
Was there something about the previous answers you didn't like or agree with?0 -
not me asking or posting... but i assumed many others have asked it before about the difference you would get in results ..... with a program like les mills pump, high reps/ low weights vs clx or beast, etc when you lift heavy with low reps...0
