I do a protein smoothie for lunch a lot.

1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup applesauce I use mott's unsweetened natural applesauce (check for the low cal options they aren't all the same)
    1 cup strawberries
1 scoop of GNC Properformance AMP- whey protein
Forgot, splash of water if it's too thick!

    Total calories:
    247

It keeps me full and since MFPs protein requirements are pretty low it helps me to actually get the 1.5 times protein I should be getting :D

The Doctors tv show had a good one recently (and I even tried it). It was something like 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1 cup of your choice of fruit (I used strawberries), & a few ounces of dark chocoate (I stupidly used frozen choc chips & they didn't grind well). It's also on their website www.thedoctorstv.com

I make a strawberry/banana one that is about 220 calories but it is for a very large smoothie. The recipe makes 2 - 16oz smoothies.

First, I freeze all my fruit, this helps with the creamy/smoothie texture.

    10 strawberries (hulled)
    1 small banana
1 container smooth vanilla yogurt (I use low fat, not fat or sugar free)
12 oz. 1% or fat free milk

Place in blender and mix/whip etc.
