Today I took my body fat measurement on a scale and on an online calculator that uses measurements and both came to %32 percent.

That makes in the "healthy" category (not overweight or obese) for the first time in years!

I'm so glad to see my numbers fall into a "healthy" (although it is the higher end of the healthy range) for the first time in so long!

I had been getting discouraged because my weight has been stalled in the 180's since January, but during that time frame I went from a size 16 jeans, to a size 14 jeans, to a size 12!

I knew that meant progress was occurring even if the scale wouldn't recognize it, but now I have proof!

Cheer!

I still want to get into the 150's (and lower!) so my BMI also shows a healthy range, but dang, I'm so glad I'm considered healthy by at least one scale!

Woot! Woot!
