Rolling over calories

If I am to consume 2000 calories per day but by Friday, I have a deficit of 1000 calories, would it hinder my weight loss to rollover those 1000 through the weekend? It is easier to keep track weekly than daily. In most instances, my daily average calorie intake would still come out less than 2000 calories if I were to rollover unused calories though the weekend. Also, there are some days when I am not hungry buy other days when I am famished and out of calories.

Will it hinder your weight loss compared to just not eating those extra calories? Yeah, of course. If you're asking if, at a given weekly deficit, it matters how you distribute those calories throughout the week, the answer is no.0

I lost 100lbs+ by looking at calories as a weekly number. Some days i eat 1000, once a week i eat an ~ 2000 cal day. In the end my average calories per day is in the 1300-1500 calorie range.0

I like the app on my phone. I go to Nutrition and click on weekly. It will allow you to see your weekly goal. If using the website online, you can go to report and then select net calories or calories and you can view your weekly calories there.0 -
I think its a personal choice and every ones body reacts differently. I tried it and adding my extra 1500 calories or so calories over Saturday and Sunday would leave me on Monday with a gain and I would feel absolutely miserable physically and mentally.0
