What to do with pork stuffing, other than, um, stuff?

Random question, but does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do with a packet of pork stuffing (other than the obvious?!).

We planned on having meatloaf for supper tonight and OH got what he thought was a packet of sausage meat out of the freezer, but it turns out it's pork and chestnut stuffing (probably been in there since Christmas!). Would it still work for meatloaf or does anyone have any other suggestions?

If you have pastry - a sausage roll?

I ended up making meatloaf using the stuffing instead of sausage meat. I used this recipe: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/meatloaf_12471 and left out the sage as I thought the stuffing would have plenty of flavour in it.

    Verdict: delicious!!

I like to grind up stuffing in a food processor and use it as breading on baked chicken or pork chops after dipping them in egg beaters. So yummy!
