Pretty killer Youtube workout

Hello everyone!

My name is Jay, I'm from Alaska. I tailored a youtube playlist workout that I wanted to share if anyone is looking for a new routine and to get some feedback. It's 43 mins of calisthenics, bodyweight circuits, and an ab routine. 3 parts Men's Health Belly Off and then some Tony Horton abs. This is my go to five days a week. So far, I've dropped 25 lbs in six weeks.
