Testosterone effects 4 females?

I'm taking a large amount of (prescribed) testosterone each week for HRT. My body isn't producing much estrogen anymore because the testosterone has shut down my ovaries. I was wondering how quickly I will build muscles with testosterone. I hope this is the right subforum.
