I just joined MFP yesterday and I'm looking forward to starting my journey. In high school, college, and a few years afterwards I was very athletic and active. Since having a family and added work responsibilities, my working out and healthy eating habits have come to a halt. I'm so mad at myself for letting my body go but it happens. Now I am on a quest to start working out and eating right. I would love to have some friends and accountability partners to help me stay on track. I will also give plenty of encouragement, advice (if asked for), and be a great listener.
