Hi, I'm Katie, and I'm mainly on here to maintain my weight loss and keep an eye on things as I "reverse diet" while building muscle (uh...hopefully...)
I stalked the database on here for about two years before I was old enough to get an account; it was the advice and calorie counting technique which allowed me to go from 12.5 stone and a UK16/18 to 8.9 stone and a UK8 (which is, alarmingly, a size I haven't seen since I was eleven year old!
) At the minute I'm trying to eat more and lift more, and try out ALL OF THE SPORTS (that I'm interested in, that is) over the summer as well as aiming to avoid the infamous "Freshers Fifteen" when I (hopefully!) go to university in September.
Anyway, I'm 18 and vegetarian with a fairly IIFYM approach. If I eat a lot of rubbish, I feel rubbish so most of my food is what is generally considered "healthy" despite my fondness for "junk" foods and alcoholic beverages (relax, I'm English! I'm legal to drink over here! :drinker:) So yeah, if that's not your cup of tea, then I would steer clear, if not, I log daily and will cheer on anyone who isn't in danger of damaging themselves (I did the "under 1200" thing back in the day. After you've passed out a few times, it's time to eat more!)
