Hey everyone! I am a 25 year old female from Massachusetts. I am a very short 4'10" and managed to get myself all the way up to 180 pounds. I'm not one of those who say "I have no idea how this happened!" because I know exactly what got me to where I am. Mostly binge eating, hiding food, poor food choices and very little exercise. Decided sometime last week that this needs to change and so far I am very positive about where I'm headed. I have been eating much healthier, more frequent smaller meals, and exercising daily. I am currently down 3 pounds already!
Looking forward to making some friends on here and having somewhere to celebrate and complain... hopefully more celebrating than complaining

Hi Im Jo and Im 39 with two children. I have a long and varied story about my relationship with food. Im currently at my highest weight ever excluding pregnancies. My primary goal is just feeling in control and at peace with what I'm eating and with my body. I struggle with a constant obsession with it. My bulimia has stopped thanks to an antidepressant. Looking foran anonymous someone to be accountable to. Trying to lose 15 lbs.0
