Plateau for a month, eleven pounds away.

I need to get to 169 pounds by August 20 (the tippy top of what is considered healthy weight for my height and gender) to be able to fit in my bridesmaid dress. I didn't have a choice about the size and she's family so it is not an option to "miss it". It's a couture size 10 dress and is one of a kind (our sister is a designer), as it stands I'm roughly eleven pounds away and have been pretty diligently working out,( dance off the inches, turbo fire, p90x, as well as taking my bike to and from work, have been doing muscle confusion regimens and healthy mixes of strength and cardio) and eating exactly as my nutritionist has requested, I have not eaten anything resembling sugar (except fruit), I'm usually on goal with my fiber and protein and usually follow a paleo diet, yet the scale has not moved in a month and my body composition hasn't either, in fact I gained two pounds of fat. I've added avocados as well as canola oil because I wasn't eating enough "healthy fat:" and am not sure if this is the culprit.. Its extremely hard to be this strict with my diet for literally no payoff, I started my journey at 200 in March and its been an ongoing battle. Any suggestions?

You are not eating at a calorie deficient anymore. I suggest you re-calculate your TDEE or your MFP profile to make sure your numbers reflect your current weight and exercise situation. You don't have to use both but pick one and check your numbers.
If you are eating all of your exercise calories back then cut back to about half. A digital scale is an option to make sure you are accurately tracking.
