If I'm getting exersize by working 5 days a week in a deli is there really any need for me to exersize in order to lose weigh.? I'm just too tired afervworking??

No one NEEDS to exercise to lose weight. Losing weight is about having a calorie deficit. Exercise is about fitness and health.0

Burn more calories then you eat and you will lose weight. I would suggest doing some weight training though. Everyone's tired after work but that's no excuse. If you really want to lose the weight then you have to push yourself0

Sorry, if you want to lose the weight AND be healthy. If you just want to lose weight just eat less. But I wouldn't go that route.0
