You open the closed door to find a barnacled chest, locked, and wrapped in heavy chains. It is obviously ancient.
Looking around further you notice the closet is also lined in plastic. There are holes in the sheetrock where the plumbing has been rerouted away. There are various desiccants placed on and around the chest.
