What are the best oats to lose weight?

I bought a pack of 500g of rolled oats which says "ORGANIC", "INSTANT BREAKFAST", "NO ADDED SUGAR, FLAVOURS AND SALT" and "ADD HOT WATER AND MILK" on the package. It is a random local brand. It is 392cal for every 100g.

Is this an instant oatmeal?

    Yes. Rolled oats that say instant are instant oatmeal.

    Eating at a deficit makes you lose weight - not a specific type of oats. Personally I prefer steel cut, but your oats sound fine.
