Losing and gaining the same 5lbs

I've managed to get down to 10st after losing over 20lbs and I'm super happy about this. The issue I am having is I keep losing and gaining the same 5lbs going from 10st to 9st 9lbs and it's driving me crazy. My ideal weight would be 9st-9st 7lbs. The main issue I have is that I don't have as many calories to play around with. My BMR is 1344 and my TDEE varies depending on what day it is so I genuinely can't say...I range from sedentary (because of my job) to moderately active (because of exercise).

I just want to either maintain or lose!!!

HALP ME! Give me advice on how you lost your last few pounds.

I'm thinking of toning up a lot more, which yes I know will make me gain initially but that doesn't actually bother me if I am slimmer. I'm still jiggly...skinny fat....urg.

Slowly, with a few pauses maintaining while I re-evaluated my goal weight, following the MFP eat back exercise calories method so that my intake varied with my activity/exercise.

It doesn't sound like the TDEE method is a good choice for you. I'm assuming you are doing TDEE minus a percentage from this comment "moderately active (because of exercise)".

You are very close to finding the right calorie balance if you are swinging from slow gain to slow loss. If it's fast gain / fast loss then it's likely to be water and not fat by the way.
