Nope. Maybe not the absolute best macro breakdown but unless you're allergic or have another medical reason (such as needing to watch carb or sugar intake because you're diabetic), NO FOOD IS A "BAD" FOOD. Just don't eat 3 pounds of it - aka, practice moderation. Portion control.

So sausages, bacon, and burgers are good too? Just in moderation, right?

absolutely. You may wish to limit how often you eat them, but this falls under the category of "moderation." I haven't given up a single food, but many foods I do eat much less often now because I have found over time that they don't do much for me, or that I can get a bigger nutritional bang for my buck, so to speak, from other stuff. Like, I don't eat bread nearly as often, but I haven't cut it out completely. I still eat sausage, bacon, burgers, just not twice a week anymore like I used to. And I've lost 75 pounds so obviously I'm not doing any harm to my weight loss efforts.

I guess not... as long as it's in moderation stated above. But there are foods that are good for you. I doubt Jane's frozen chicken strips are good for you? I'm wondering mostly about the protein value in it.

It looks like their serving size is 120g for the Natural Goodness chicken breast strips, which has about 220 calories and 14g protein (as well as 10g fat, 3g fiber, 21g carbs and 550mg sodium - this is from their website) That's a pretty respectable amount of protein for the portion.

Bacon is always good for you
If frozen chicken strips fit into your calories and macro goals for the day, they're fine. I prefer cooking raw chicken overall but sometimes convenience wins

Don't frozen foods have tons of preservatives in them? and that's why they're bad?
