Day One of planning and connecting here with you all!

Hi, I'm a 54 year old female. I've lost over 50 lbs in the last year and a half making little changes. I still have 75 lbs (or so) to lose.

I now want to be accountable and responsible for putting into my body the foods and nutrition (calories) it needs.

Looking forward to connecting with others with similar goals and or people who have already "been there, done that"
