Hello!

How did I get here? Well long story short I got me here. No one shoved the food down my throat to make me fat. Also no one else forced me to sit and not exercise.

I have 100+ pounds to lose. That isn't easy. Hard to admit.

I have been counting calories and carbs. Not a carb restriction diet but just keeping an eye on it. Being a type 2 I try to keep mind of the glycemic index of foods.

I have lost 12 pounds so far. Need to really get on the ball. Night time is the hardest time for me and is when I feel tempted.
