Uses for small fresh anchovies?

I have a whole bag of fresh anchovies in my freezer, but the majority of them are an inch or less than an inch in length. It's too time consuming to gut and behead all of them (I was originally going to make gavros tiganitos with them) so I need another recipe.

    Use them as bait to catch larger, tastier fish.

    I wish...but I live in the desert, with the closest pond being 50 miles away. (: I ended up gutting and beheading them all, then used half to make gavros tiganitos and the remainder I marinated.

    If you like Indian food, there are many curries and other recipes I am sure you could find online.
