How to get ready for a mud run?

Hey there,
as a crazy person I chose a mud run as my first run ever. It´s the "Mission Mudders Run Saarland" in Germany. 9km, 30 obstacles (http://www.missionmudder.de/saarland/anmeldung.php). The run is gonna be in September. I have about 100 days left to get ready! In order to not embarrass mysef I put myself on a hard training plan

Monday, Wednesday, Frieday: Sit ups, Push ups and 30min Circuit training (using the "Just six Weeks" and "Sworkit Pro" Apps)
Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday: Running
Monday till Thursday: 9.5km by bike (my way to university)
Saturday: OFF
As a hobby I also go hiking about 3 times a month

I wonder if anybody on this platform had a mud run already and can give me any advice. Do I need to change my training schedule What to focus on more, what to focus on less? What do I need to pack for the trip? What else do I need to know?
