sugar free cals and carbs.

As the subject basically says, I'm trying to find foods that are high in either cals/carbs or both, without high sugar! As far as i can tell, carbs come with sugar!
Any help please?

    most grains have no sugar, and barley's my personal fave - it's chewy, tastes good and is high in fiber so it absorbs slowly. oats have a whopping 1 gram of sugar per serving, and tortilla chips have no sugars.
