Better results from weights or cardio?

Hey everyone!
Because I work two jobs I don't have much time to exercise. I can squeeze in 3 days a week, but I won't have time to do both cardio and weight training. I also am limited because I suffer from several injuries, which makes cardio hard.
Has anyone gotten better results regarding weight loss from weight lifting rather than cardio? I plan to do biceps curls, triceps curls, chest flys, sit ups, side leg lifts, rear leg lifts and squats. I'll be using 10 lb weights.

or do cardio :-p
remember the MFP mantra ...
Diet for weight loss
Exercise for fitness
So as your goal is for weight loss- either will do - just eat the right amount of the right stuff.0
