    I have to say I much prefer chili with ground turnkey over beef any day. I think the turkey holds the flavor better.

    you can also make stuffed peppers with turkey and quinoa its delicious

    I have used it my whole life...I had given up red meat for about 5 years and when I first decided that, I was really sad because I felt like I had to give up all of my mom's comfort foods, but it turns out she never ever used beef! I didn't have to give anything up :-D

    Use it in meatloaf, sloppy joes, lasagna, pasta sauces, meat sauces, meatballs, tacos....I literally had every single "meat" meal with ground turkey...it's amazing
