Not new but more focused

I have been working out consistently for 2.5 years and have done amazing things, my body is leaner stronger and shows all my effort the physical effort I put in.
I found a few things that I love, I discovered that I am an amature runner, a penguin of sorts, and ran all through the cold toronto winters and even through the epic memorable icy snow storms. I run for personal pleasure fitness driven needs, and I ran alone when people around said you would never be able to run with an *kitten* like that or your too old or its too hard for you...but I keep on almost reaching my goal for December of 10K three times a week...
I decided to come back to MFP for several reasons. The first being I am all alone in my fitness persuits No one in my life does any type of fitness, and because of that I am sure they are terribly tired about hearing that I am sore from this that or that my workout was so intense, I would love to have someone who was in my direct life who was into it as much as me, as driven and I will say the word competive (although I am not) Someone to push inspire and challange. Another reason is I do not have any idea of what to do with nutrition. I have just been bumbling around eating what I want and slowly transorming. I think now man if I only ate well from the beggining where would i be? The last reason was what a wealth of information people have on here. Perhaps virtually I can meet minded people who are just as intense with things as I am and virtual could replace direct!
