Fat Shredder diet - lunch ideas

Hey everyone! I'm trying to get as close to the fat shredder diet as I can, but it's difficult. I only have one solid meal/recipe that makes my protein macro sky rocket (turkey chilli). I'm looking for recipes that are relatively simple, are high in protein and low in fat. Any suggestions? I did 1.5 weeks of turkey chilli and I'm sick of it now, lol. I just made chickpea curry but it's high in carbs.

I made mine with 99% FF turkey and oats and oat flour with egg whites. I honestly can't really taste the sriracha sauce anyway so I have to dip'em in Sriracha but you could honestly substitute any liquid flavor your wanted. Soy sauce, liquid aminos, hoison sauce maybe, teriyaki.

I used egg whites in this one too and it turned out pretty good I thought. I don't love tuna but this'll definitely do.

Check out any videos from that guy and also look for Michael Kory Fitness on YouTube, he's another one I watch. They have much higher macros than me and you so you just have to change some eggs to egg whites and stuff sometimes.
