    Good luck on your journey! I weighed in at 296.4 at my heaviest. I'm currently about 240, but would REALLY love to get down to 155-175... maybe even 145 (since I'm only 5'3). In the end, it's really not about the number on the scale, but how I feel about myself mentally, emotionally, and physically!
