...round two!

Hi! I'm back. I originally lost about 55 lbs I think originally? At my heaviest I was a 210lb 5'7" guy, and I shot all the way down to 160 and was dipping down into the 50's, until I got cocky and decided I didn't need to log anymore. I plateaued out and didn't lose or gain for a few months, and then I started creeping back up to where I am now, about 185.

Luckily, my self esteem has improved dramatically from my time being a reasonably attractive man instead of feeling like a baloon, and as I got fatter and fatter I decided that it was time to keep logging.

I took a month off work to do this, get in better shape (I've been doing the C25K, holy crap after only two weeks, the difference is night and day!), and try and make myself really attractive. I don't have much going for me, so I need to do what I can I guess.

I've never posted here I don't think, so I just wanted to say Hi, and good luck to anyone who's still trying, and maybe I can offer some advice or have some advice given to me if you relapsed and are working/have lost weight. I'd gladly love to hear it!

Anyway, yeah. I dunno what to really say in these other than what I've said, and thanks MFP. Maybe the forum will help me get some support and keep going with this.

    Hey there and welcome back!
I actually just rejoined MFP today again myself lol.

It's awesome that you started the C25K. I started it last year and have done a few 5k events now. That night and day difference you spoke of after only two weeks - trust me, it just keeps getting better, promise! I don't know if I'm much of an advice giver but if you'd like some encouraging words along the journey, feel free to add me (or not - no pressure).

You sound like you know what works for you from your history, so instead of wishing you good luck, I'll just wish you good health. ;]
