Have used MFP in the past to track my calorie intake vs my exercise and am now back with serious goals. Having entered the thirties I've noticed that it is harder and harder to keep my weight level and have to exercise more. Over the last couple of years I've gained a little more than I'd like and I really want to get a grip on my diet. I have been logging my food intake quite religiously over the past 12 days as well as my exercise and today I'm going to buy myself a bathroom scale and weigh in. (scary) I'm 172cm and would like to be back to my 60kgs eventually but am more concerned with what the mirror tells me.

I'm hoping to find some buddies here to build motivation with, to find some support when the call of chocolate is strong and maybe swap some healthy recipes with.
